Penalty CANCELLATION
Time before departure and penalty:
- Ordinary fare tickets
- up to 25 days before, 10% of the ticket price;
- 24 to 8 days before, 25% of the ticket price;
- from 7 days to 24 hours before, 50% of the ticket price;
- within 24 hours form departure 100% of the ticket price, no refund.
Tickets with special fare are neither cancelable nor modifiable. Possibility of refund only in case of no ride by company's choice..
Modification costs (time, date)
Time before the departure:
- 24 hours.
Passengers can change the departure time by paying €20 of penalty. If the price of the new chosen ride is more expensive, the passenger must pay the difference. No refund is allowed if the price of the new chosen date is lower. You can change the name on the ticket only once for free. Due to any tariff differences and change fees is € 2 per route. Second changes are no possible.
